How to Build Self Esteem?
Before we begin a discussion on how to develope your Self Esteem, let us first understand the term "Self Esteem". Self Esteem is defined as "Pride in oneself; self-respect" by Answers.com One of my clients recently brought up the question of self esteem. He had a job he enjoyed, big house and the whole package. But he was always dissatisfied and felt he some how does not fit in and that he does not deserve it. So I brought a bunch of books and programs on Self Esteem and self image. After going through about 15 books and numerous audio programs I gave up.
After many wasted hours, I managed to find one simple, straight forward and yet,
