Looking back at my school days, I never thought I will end up being who I am. I always thought I would end up being an Assassin or some other type of anti social element. As a kid, I never played any sports or socialize with others. I did not date any girl while in college. I  just did not connect with people in general and women in particular. The worst part is that I did not care about it either.

But as I grew older, I felt a hollowness develop within me and I started developing unusual pains and itches to do crazy stuff. When I was going through this rough patch someone I trusted put me on the right path by introducing me to  Reiki. From there I started to work with Hypnosis and began to connect with my true self.

When the Student is ready, the master appears.

This was 100% true with me. As I began my climb in self understanding, I was fortunate to meet the right people at the right time. I met people who cared about me and taught me many interesting things, opening my mind to a world hidden within this world. Once you know what to look for, you can always find it, no matter how think the fog is.

One of the most Important Mantras I learnt early in life was that "Whatever happens, happens for the best "

I thought my dream was to study Psychology and be a psychologist. But I ended up falling in love with English Literature.

As a Child, I wanted to be an Engineer, but my love for Psychology took me away.

The First Love of my life rejected me outright and caused a lot of problems.

I thought that was end of my life.

In hindsight, had She not rejected me, I would have been a boring Grandpa by now, leading a very boring life.

When I spent a lot of time in reading books, people laughed at me. They could not understand why I was spending so much money on workshops, courses and books.

Most of them are dead broke now and I have to thank them for laughing at me. You see, when some says I cant do something, I get really motivated to work. When someone laughs at me. I just take off like a rocket..

 Thanks to them, I have a really good business at my hands. I know how to make the most of it now.

My Advice to anyone who wants to do something worthwhile in life is. Simple.

Do what you like and find a way to make money out of it.

If you have too many people telling you that You can't do it. Just know that you are in the right direction.

A good friend once told me this and I follow it all the time.

I started to build this site as a hobby and now the hobby is almost ready to displace my Job. I cannot believe the amount of popularity my site has gained. check it out by googling communication-skills-4confidence.com  as of now about 1000+ references. My articles on Active listening are being used as material in at least 4 American Universities.

 This is not to boast about me, but merely to show how powerful communication skills can actually be if you plan to use it.

This is an exciting time.

I am in the verge of creating a tool to help people overcome shyness and become confident. It will take time and lots of input. if you have a moment drop in a line

I have been attending many workshops and course each year. I have undergone training under Dr. Richard McHugh in NLP and Owen Fitzpatrick of Ireland in Business applications of NLP. I also underwent Training in counseling and Transaction Hypno Analysis with Prof Jure Biechonski MSc, and one with Bart Bagget in Handwriting analysis.
 

In Dec 05, I had the privilege of learning advanced NLP with Master Trainer Owen Fitzpatrick. The workshop was a quantum leap in the skills of persuasion and presentation skills. If any of you ever get a chance to learn under him, I have bit of advice for you..... make sure you attend.
 

  Jan 09 I am attending a Thai Yoga Massage workshop in Kerala. 11 Days of Training and I will have one more tool in my hand to help people.
